staff. By reporting the errors you find you are able to help us help
you.
If you would like to
place your map order over the phone, you can do so by calling
218-741-9544 between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. (US Central Time) M-F.
Reported errors are monitored by a human, not a machine. Therefore, if you report your error during our regular business hours (8AM - 5PM Central Mon-Fri), you may even receive a response if needed. Typical responses may be ways to overcome the error or a question regarding the error that is needed for our programmers to fix it.
To file your error report, simply use the form below. Please include
as much information about your system and network environment as
possible. These details can help us find problems relating to specific
anti-virus, firewall, web browser and network problems so that we may
attempt to fix the situation. Reports similar to "I can't add items to my cart" do not give enough information for our staff to help.
